POLICIES

Booking a Reservation

A non-refundable deposit must be submitted by a client within 72 hours once an invoice has been sent out.

If the deposit has not been paid within the time frame the invoice will be canceled.

Once a deposit is secured, PEMG will hold the client's date and time as a reservation on our production calendar.

The remaining balance will be due on the day of the shoot unless outlined and/or discussed in a separate contract.

Once the deposit has been paid, you will have accepted the services provided by PEMG and pay the remaining balance on your shoot date which is laid out in an invoice and contract.

If the balance is not paid in full a 5% fee will be applied to your invoice, and if it is not paid within 3 business days legal actions will be taken and your invoice will be sent to collections.

Shoots also must be booked 72 hours in advance of the shoot day.

If bookings are made with only 24-hour notice an additional $500 booking fee will be added to your total shoot cost.

If any work is deemed unsatisfactory, Peek Expression Media Group's guarantee policy is to complete work within a reasonable timeframe;

that is until the client is satisfied with the work laid out in PEMG's invoice and/or contract.

Please note that prices and/or packages are subject to change due to demand and the market.

Cancellations and Date/Time Changes

If there is no way you can make your scheduled shoot date, there is still an opportunity to reschedule without resubmitting your deposit, BUT we will need 72 hours' notice.

However, please note that you only get one chance to reschedule before you are required to submit another deposit.

Overage and Extra Time

If time runs over for a client's booking, the price for each hour is the hourly rate for that specific service.

Payment for any extra time will be invoiced and must be paid in full before the final draft is delivered to the client.

Post-Production

Video content and/or photo content will be returned to the client within 12 to 14 business days depending on demand.

In high-demand times you can expect video(s) and/or photo(s) returned in 15 to 17 business days.

Forms

Media release forms must be signed and collected by PEMG prior to the final video(s) and/or photo(s) being returned to the client.

If the contract was signed the video/photo release clause has already been established.

If editing suggestions are not made within 7 business days of the client receiving videos and/or raw images PEMG will hold files on a hard drive for 7 business days.

After the 7th day, a $100 storage fee will be accessed to the client's account and invoiced.

After 30 days files will be deleted from PEMG servers and hard drives.

Video/Photo Rights

Publicity Rights/Promotional Use of Images: Parties agree that PEMG may use images from Client’s shoot for commercial use, including, without limitation, promotional videos for exhibition to other potential clients of PEMG.
